GW SPORT 

GW Sport was founded by Grant Ward, current Head of Hockey at Stephen Perse Foundation Cambridge.

Grant has a wealth of experience coaching and playing at various levels. He has played East and West Premier A Division Hockey and has represented Gloucestershire and Devon at Senior level. 

​

Grant is a Level 2 England Hockey & FIH Level 2 Hockey Coach who has coached a number of sides and counties, as well as leading hockey provision in a number of schools. He is currently player coach of Saffron Walden Mens 1stXI who play in the East Premier League. He has also coached Saffron Walden Ladies at East Premier A, and also Ipswich Ladies Indoor at National League 1. He has coached Junior Development Centres, Academy Development Centres, and has also coached Futures Cup sides. He has previously worked as Head of Hockey at West Buckland School and New Hall School.
